Prior to you check out the meals, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:
– The following 7 dishes are just some concepts to get you began. Consider it as meal motivation. You can swap any active ingredients you ‘d like, for example, if you choose pork or shrimp over chicken, brown rice over cauliflower rice, and so on.
– Nearly all of these recipes are terrific for meal-prepping. Rather than make all seven of these meals in a single week, select one, 2, and even 3 and make sufficient to last you the week. That way you can save money and time.
– All of these meals make enough for 3 generous portions, unless otherwise defined.
