‘Tawana approves': NBC News’ Lisa Bloom lauds ‘feminist’ Al Sharpton

http://twitter.com/#!/LeonHWolf/status/513095028223528961

@LeonHWolf GTFO….seriously????

— Tyler Hood (@Durdenhood01) September 19, 2014

Serious, you guys.

It’s been another stressful week, and we need something to laugh about. Fortunately for us, NBC News legal analyst Lisa Bloom is an accidental comedienne:

May I just pause and send some love to @TheRevAl for his consistent passionate stand for women? Feminist men rock.

— Lisa Bloom (@LisaBloom) September 19, 2014

Here’s her proof:

Notice that @TheRevAl led his discussion of NFL and domestic violence with 4 women, unlike other networks w all male panels. Ahem.

— Lisa Bloom (@LisaBloom) September 19, 2014

Um, ahem:

@LisaBloom @NoahCRothman but @TheRevAl might be a little too "passionate" sometimes. Just ask Crystal Mangum and Tawana Brawley…

— Marc Caputo (@MarcACaputo) September 19, 2014

Facepalm we much.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA RT @LeonHWolf: Lolwat https://t.co/J14frcfuIW

— Michele Frost (@michelelfrost) September 19, 2014

Is this ironic or just stupid ? MT @LisaBloom May I just pause and send some love to Rev Al for his consistent passionate stand for women?

— Janice Chilcoat (@jchilcoatva) September 19, 2014

@LisaBloom @TheRevAl @NoahCRothman Tawana approves.

David Corn amazed by ‘conservative jerks’ who chuckled at his demand for oil

http://twitter.com/#!/DavidCornDC/status/433973832961900544

Yesterday, with a winter storm bearing down, Mother Jones’ David Corn was attempting to get more heating oil delivered before the furnace shut down and stopped contributing to global warming.

Some thought the sight of a man-made global warming cheerleader tweeting like crazy to get an oil delivery was somewhat comically ironic, but obviously Corn wasn’t among them.

Freaky Photoshop disaster: Jay Carney puff piece goes hilariously wrong [pics]

http://twitter.com/#!/mtgrove/status/454730489375764480

The next issue of Washingtonian MOM doesn’t hit newsstands until next week, but lucky for us, we don’t have to wait for a sneak preview of the cover story:

http://twitter.com/#!/iowahawkblog/status/454730263663087618

Hey, don’t be so quick to dismiss. The story features some totally candid photos, like this one:

http://twitter.com/#!/NoahWehrman/status/454723805202497536

And this one:

http://twitter.com/#!/NoahWehrman/status/454724516707434496

Ooo! And this:

Hmmm … maybe we should take a closer look at that last one. Notice anything unusual?

That’s right. It gets better:

Yep, that’ll do it. Heckuva Photoshop job, Washingtonian!

http://twitter.com/#!/kerpen/status/454747116993511425

But wait — would you believe it gets better still? Because it does. For reals:

Glorious. Just glorious.

Poor, poor, pitiful POTUS: Obama doesn’t think he gets enough respect

http://twitter.com/#!/SeanMooRad/status/423185359652913152

Has Barack Obama told you lately how hard it is being president? No? Well, it is hard.

During a visit this afternoon with the Miami Heat, President Obama confessed that people are mean to him sometimes. He just can’t get no respect!

http://twitter.com/#!/markknoller/status/423184235592052736

Awww … poor baby! Meanwhile, the guy’s got no respect for everyday Americans:

http://twitter.com/#!/BotchedLobotomy/status/423185557905088512

He doesn’t really respect the Constitution, either. But please, be nice to him, you guys. He has feelings, too!

Respect is earned, Mr. President. Something you clearly known nothing about.

What’s in a name? Jim Geraghty mocks MSM’s ‘Hillary 2016 obsession’

http://twitter.com/#!/jdouglas1914/status/515867262008315904

Chelsea Clinton has announced the birth of a daughter named Charlotte.

National Review’s Jim Geraghty offered snarky speculation about how the MSM might analyze the news:

Coming soon to DC press corps: "Does a granddaughter named 'Charlotte' give Hillary an advantage in winning North Carolina in 2016?"

— jimgeraghty (@jimgeraghty) September 27, 2014

Ha!

I mock the DC press corps Hillary 2016 obsession, @BuzzFeedAndrew paraphrases me, everyone thinks I am serious.

— jimgeraghty (@jimgeraghty) September 27, 2014

Perhaps because it doesn’t sound entirely outside the realm of possibility for the MSM.

Place your bets:

@jimgeraghty @soopermexican $10 that her middle name is Des Moines.
